Theresa’s love of yoga has kept her practicing yoga for 20+ years with a strong daily personal practice as well as a desire to keep growing by attending workshops and training. Staying strong and healthy to prevent and/or manage personal physical issues is an inspiration with a goal to unite the mind and body to with strength, steadiness, and ease.
Theresa’s creative use of styles and sequencing provides a yoga style accessible to people of all levels. She has a diverse background based on a wide variety of teachers. She has been teaching since 2011 in a corporate fitness center as well as small groups and privates. She completed the 200 hour in 2011, mentored the 200 hour class of 2012/2013, and has completed the 500 hour certification through Prairie Yoga February of 2015.
Additionally, Theresa works as an engineer at Nokia and has a Computer Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Other interests: golfing, biking, hiking, reading, traveling, good food, friends and family.
